1.10 How Does Stress Present?

As you may have noticed with anxiety and depression there are many similar symptoms. Stress is no different. Here are some examples of how stress may present:

  • Muscle tension
  • Increased heartbeat
  • Headaches
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Becoming forgetful
  • Becoming irritable
  • Changes in eating
  • Drinking/Smoking more
  • Sexual issues
  • Chest pain
  • Stomach problems
  • Dizziness
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Avoiding situations
  • Contant worrying
  • Changes in sleeping
