1.8 – Anxiety -Share Your Experiences

Anxiety, however fleeting, is something we have all experienced in life. Anxiety can be triggered by almost anything, whether that is an upcoming exam, spiders or the future in general.

In this task we ask that you share an example of a time where you remember feeling anxious. Which of the symptoms listed did you have? What techniques did you use to ease the feelings? It can be as brief or as detailed as you like.
